About B and D

We are a mother and daughter duo that enjoy using our imagination and creativity to make various types of gifts. We decided to try our luck at starting a small business selling some of our crafts both online and at various craft shows. We are JUST starting out and this blog will showcase our progress, our failures, our wins, and everything else along the way.. This is the very beginning and we will broadcast our journey to all of our readers and hopefully, eventually, make some money along the way.

Right now, our focus is on making various types of jewelry, greeting and note cards for all occasions, magnets, purses, gift baskets for pets (dogs and cats), and dog toys. .. for now. This is just what we are starting out with. We have a whole lot of ideas running through our heads and a list of new products to make as time allows. Whatever it is, remember that it was made by hand with our best of intentions for you to enjoy.

I'm the daughter and the "D" part. I am thirty-something years old, a mother of 3 kids (8 and 7 yr old twins), and a wife of almost 9 years. I currently work from home as a freelance writer but I love to use my creativity and am very excited about this new endeavor. I know this is going to be a bumpy road ahead of us but I'm hoping we will see some success in our future.
